Cigar Humidor #28—Humidity A fine cigar's worst enemy is dry air. Because cigars can be stored for long periods of time, it is very important that the container in which these cigars are stored is created with the specific purpose of maintaining a humid—but not too humid—and temperate environment. This humidor is constructed as a container inside a container for the purpose of storing fine cigars in an environment with constant humidity and temperature. A large single tray which has a till built into it for containing matches and cigar cutters is positioned just beneath the top. Movable dividers separate the various cigars within. There is a hygrometer and a thermometer mounted in the top of the till to gauge the humidity and temperature.
